What we close on the truck.

Keypad and start-button failure. In a cafe the start key takes more presses than every other key combined, and it is the first membrane trace to fail. Staff work around it with the memory pads until those fade too. We replace the touch panel assembly with the correct Panasonic part for the model suffix and reprogram the presets to the cafe's actual items.
Weak heating from magnetron decline. A Los Altos bakery cafe noticed their butter croissant warm-up went from 15 seconds to 30 and assumed the unit was fine, just old. The output test said otherwise: the magnetron was well under rated wattage. A genuine Panasonic tube brought it back to spec. If your timings have drifted, the tube is the first suspect worth measuring.
Blown fuse traced to interlock wear. When an NE unit pops its internal fuse, the cause is almost always the door interlock sequence rather than the fuse itself. The monitor switch shorts the line deliberately when the primary switches misbehave. We replace the switch set, correct the latch engagement, and then fit the fuse, in that order.
