A Momento or Zenius behind the counter that won't brew is a real problem, and we treat it that way.

Brew head and piston rebuild. Brew-head and piston wear is the recurring item on Momento and Zenius units. We strip the head, replace worn seals and the piston, and get clean extraction back.
Descaling the boiler or thermoblock. Richmond water lays down scale fast. We descale the boiler or thermoblock, check the water and air valves, and talk filtration so it doesn't come back in six months.
Pump and water valve replacement. Weak pressure or no water usually means a tired pump or a stuck inlet valve. We test pressure, swap the pump or valve, and confirm flow.
Capsule mechanism and control board. Jammed capsule handling or a dead panel gets diagnosed at the mechanism and the control board. We free or replace the capsule mechanism and source boards when a unit needs one.
