- Centennial dryer glide and belt kit. Worn glide bearings and a slack belt make the drum drag and roar. Both go in together with the idler pulley, one visit, the cabinet comes apart once.
- Bravos lid switch. Lid clicks but no wash cycle. Stocked part, 20 minutes, single visit.
- Top-freezer defrost thermostat. Frost packing the coil on an MRT or MFI in a Burton Valley laundry room or garage. Cheap part, 30-minute swap.
- Range surface igniter or bake element. MGR gas igniters and MER bake elements. First-visit fixes. We read the oven sensor resistance before condemning a board.
