Water and ice systems

Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

Common repairs we handle.

Centennial dryer cutting out on hot afternoons. In a hot garage, a dryer with a partly blocked vent reaches its high-limit temperature sooner. We measure the airflow, tell you if the vent needs clearing, and test the high-limit thermostat and thermal fuse. If the parts check out, running loads in the cooler morning helps.
Garage top-freezer warm in summer. An MRT or MFI in a hot garage has to shed heat into warm air. If it runs warm, we clean the condenser, test the evaporator fan motor and the defrost thermostat, and tell you whether the garage is simply past what the refrigerator is built for.
Bravos rattling on spin in a concrete garage. A washer on a bare concrete slab can walk if a foot has backed off. We level it and lock the feet. If a howl comes with the rattle, the gearbox bearing is going, and that repair gets quoted against a new washer.
