That apartment tier across 94301 and 94303 is where the LG calls come from, plus the dual-inverter laundry tucked into the smaller units.
The fridge calls there are clean and single-visit: evap-fan motor replacements and icemaker assembly swaps. Older mid-decade LG units still surface with the linear-compressor failure, where it runs but will not pump, and we check the serial against LG's extended program before touching a panel. The laundry side throws the usual LG faults. LE that reads as a motor problem but is a drifted rotor sensor, and UE that points at the load but is a worn suspension rod underneath.

- Linear-compressor diagnosis on older units. Runs but will not pump on 2014-2019 LG fridges. We verify and check serial eligibility for the LG program before any work.
- Dual-inverter washer LE sensor swap. Rotor-position sensor drifts and throws LE. One visit. We test the sensor before replacing the motor.
- UE unbalance from suspension rod wear. Looks like a bad load, is a worn rod. We run a service cycle to confirm the rods before ordering parts.
