Common repairs we handle.

Door-in-door linkage letting the inner door drop. The hinge linkage that carries the inner door wears, the door drops a little, and the gasket stops sealing on one corner. Frost along a shelf edge or warm drinks in the door bins are the clues. We replace the linkage, set the door, and test the seal.
Icemaker that quit while the freezer still cools. On soft to moderate EBMUD water, scale is seldom the cause. We check the fill tube for an ice plug, the inlet valve coils, the icemaker's own test cycle and the freezer temperature, then replace the module or valve that failed.
KOSE wall oven slow to heat from the bottom. Around year six the lower bake element on a KOSE can burn out. The broiler still heats, so the oven seems partly fine, but it cycles cold and bakes unevenly. We confirm the element with a meter, look at the relay, and fit the part.
