Most of our 95030 KitchenAid work is dishwashers and the commercial-style ranges. The KDFE and KDTM dishwashers lose spray-arm pressure when the recirc-pump motor goes. Unit runs, sounds right, dishes come out dirty. On the 36 and 48 inch KFGC dual-fuel ranges the convection-fan thermistor starts reading low at high heat, so the oven runs hot and burns food at the set temp. Owner blames the whole range. It is usually a cheap part and a half-hour job.

- KDFE / KDTM recirc-pump motor. Dead spray-arm pressure with the wash motor still running. Pump swap, plus float-switch and inlet-valve check. One visit, about two hours.
- KFGC range convection-fan thermistor. Oven runs hot, food burns at the set temp. Thermistor is cheap and the job is short once we confirm the read on the meter.
- Counter-depth side-by-side icemaker. Common failure on the side-by-side units in the remodels. Stocked part, single visit.
- Door-in-door hinge linkage. The inner-door linkage wears and the panel sags or won't latch. We close it in one trip.
