Built-in fridge board that now ships as a service kit. The old main boards on KitchenAid built-ins, W10219463 and 2252159, are discontinued as bare boards. Whirlpool replaced each with a redesigned kit, and the right one depends on the model group and the build plant, which a serial starting with Q or S shows. We read the tag first and order the matching kit.
KFGC range oven running hot at high settings. On the 36-inch and 48-inch KFGC dual-fuel ranges, the convection-fan thermistor can misread above 425 degrees. The oven overshoots and food burns at the temperature you set. We log the cavity temperature against the display, test the thermistor, and put the repair in the written quote.
