Common repairs we handle.

Column warm on the hottest afternoons. When a column holds temperature in the morning and drifts up by late afternoon, the condenser is losing ground to the room. We clean the condenser coil, test the condenser fan motor, and check the compressor's run time and the start relay before looking at the sealed system.
Condenser fan motor stalled or noisy. The condenser fan pulls room air across the coil to carry heat away from the compressor. When its bearings dry out it squeals or stops, and the compressor runs hot and long. We test the motor and replace it, then clear the dust that built up while it was failing.
Wall oven running hot or cold. A Jenn-Air wall oven that bakes off the dial usually has a temperature sensor drifting out of range or a control relay sticking. We check the sensor's resistance at room temperature, read the control's fault history in diagnostic mode, and replace the part that failed.
