It's a denser, more remodeled mix than a lot of the towns we cover, so I see more built-in installs here where the fridge or dishwasher was sized to fit a specific cabinet cutout rather than a standard footprint.

- Profile icemaker module failure. The icemaker module itself fails rather than just the auger, so the unit won't cycle at all even with water pressure confirmed good. Full module replacement rather than a single-part fix.
- Cafe range igniter won't light. The ceramic igniter weakens with age and stops drawing enough current to open the gas valve, so the burner clicks but never catches. Igniter replacement and a light-off test on all burners.
- Profile dishwasher won't dry. The heating element or the vent fan motor fails, so dishes come out clean but wet at the end of the cycle. We test both and replace whichever one is actually dead.
