- Profile refrigerator compressor start relay failure. The start relay fails to kick the compressor into its run cycle, so the fridge hums for a second and then goes silent, and the whole unit stops cooling. Relay replacement, then we confirm the compressor actually cycles through a full run.
- Cafe dishwasher heating element failure. Dishes finish the cycle clean but wet, because the heating element that drives the dry cycle has burned out. We test it against the control board signal before replacing, since sometimes it's the board sending no signal at all.
- Front-load washer tub seal leak. The door boot seal or tub bearing seal wears out in a stacked townhome unit that runs more loads than a standalone house laundry room. Water shows up at the base of the machine during the wash cycle. We replace the seal and check the bearing while it's open.
