- Profile refrigerator icemaker assembly. Older Profile fridges in the flats jam at the auger or stick at the fill valve. Ice stops, fresh food stays fine. I replace the assembly and run it through three cycles before I leave.
- Cafe range oven sensor (RTD) fault. Remodeled kitchens up toward the hills run Cafe ranges, and the RTD drifts or opens with age. Oven throws an F2 code or just won't hold temperature. I swap the sensor and run a full preheat to confirm.
- Monogram built-in column start relay. The larger hillside builds run Monogram columns, and the compressor start relay is the part that goes first, usually around year eight or nine. Fridge runs warm or short-cycles. I replace the relay and check compressor amp draw before closing the ticket.
