- Profile dishwasher recirc-pump seal. The recirc pump seal wears out and wets the float switch. Machine throws an LE code and shuts down mid-cycle. I replace the pump, dry out the base pan, and clear the code.
- Front-load washer drain pump and F45 code. Laundry rooms in the older tract homes run GE front-loaders hard, and the drain pump impeller cracks or the load goes unbalanced. F45 code stops the cycle. I check the pump first, then the board if the pump tests clean.
- Adora range igniter and hot surface element. The older Adora ranges still working in some downtown-area kitchens lose the igniter, or the hot surface element glows but won't reliably light the burner. I test current draw on the part and swap it on the spot if it's out of spec.
