The Dana Estates or Sun Terrace standard unit is the job we don't take, as a fixed policy. It sells new for a few hundred dollars, and a compressor or board repair almost always costs more.

- Igniter or icemaker on a mainstream tract unit. The everyday Dana Estates and Crossings call, the same as the GE and Whirlpool units nearby. Straightforward fix if that's genuinely the whole issue.
- Standard top-freezer or side-by-side: not a repair we take. Common across the tract neighborhoods, and it's the repair we turn down. The unit is cheaper to replace than to repair properly, and we say so before opening anything.
