Follett in Pleasanton
Follett commercial service.
Pleasanton's Main Street restaurants run Horizon Elite and Horizon 700 machines through a steady lunch and dinner crowd, and the office campuses out at Hacienda Business Park keep Symphony Plus dispensers going across multiple break rooms on some properties.
The newer subdivisions here have fewer ADU conversions than some of the older East Bay towns, but I still see a compact commercial-style ice unit now and then in a remodeled home kitchen or a detached casita, and those get serviced the same way as any restaurant call.
We're ADRIUM Service Solutions, based right up the road in San Ramon, EPA Section 608 Universal certified, CSLB #1136642. The $99 diagnostic is credited toward the repair, and you get a written quote before any part is ordered. Commercial refrigeration and compressor side work runs through Bay Area Refrigeration Service, and we're out seven days a week.

Common repairs we handle.
- Condenser coil fouled from restaurant grease. Main Street kitchens running a Horizon unit through a full dinner service coat the condenser coil in grease faster than most break room accounts. Once the coil can't reject heat properly, head pressure and amp draw climb on every cycle, and the run capacitor is typically the first casualty since it's the weakest electrical component in that circuit.
- Fill valve or drain path scaled and restricted. Business park units running long hours across a full workday build mineral scale in the water inlet and drain path steadily, and the fault that shows up is a low production error rather than a shutdown. I've seen offices go a week or more assuming the unit was just keeping up with a busy stretch before anyone checked.
- Auger motor and gearbox worn from steady use. Restaurant units running near flat out during Main Street's dinner rush wear the auger flight and gearbox down faster than office accounts do. The machine keeps cycling and filling water, but the ice output drops off gradually enough that most kitchens don't catch it until the bin runs consistently short.

FAQ
Follett in Pleasanton questions, answered.
-
How fast can you get to Pleasanton since you're based in San Ramon?
Pleasanton is one of the closest calls I run, usually about 10 to 15 minutes down 680. Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon itself are all right in that same stretch, so same or next-day service is easy to schedule here. -
What's the warranty on a new install versus a repair?
A new self-contained unit carries at least one year on equipment and labor. Repair work on your existing machine is warrantied for 1 year. -
Can you service several units across one business park property?
Yes, I regularly work through multiple Symphony Plus dispensers on one Hacienda property in a single visit and combine them into one written quote.
