- Dispenser that makes ice but will not pour it. If ice is in storage and nothing comes out, the fault is on the dispense side: the chute, the dispense mechanism or the switch or sensor that calls for ice. We test each one and clear ice that has fused in the chute.
- Auger motor drawing high current. An auger dragging through scale or on worn bearings draws more current and can stall.
