San Leandro's remodel-era units are square in that window. Replacement takes one visit with the part on the van, and I load-test the new actuator before reassembling the panel.
Rotor position sensor stopping the wash. An F2 fault a few minutes into the cycle means the control lost the wash motor position. In most San Leandro units I test, the sensor failed rather than the motor, which is good news for the quote. I verify with the motor spun by hand and the sensor output on the meter.
Wall oven door hinge and seal wear. Fisher & Paykel built-in ovens in these older kitchens develop hinge sag that gaps the door seal, so bakes run uneven and the cabinet face gets hot.
