Up in Crestmoor and Rollingwood the lots are bigger, the kitchens got the full island treatment, and I see column refrigeration paired with a DishDrawer double more often.
SFO sits right at the edge of town, and the jet noise means a lot of these kitchens are sealed up tight for sound, which cuts down on the fresh air a column fridge compressor wants. I check compressor compartment ventilation on every call here before I chase anything electrical.

- Column refrigerator compressor overheat shutdown. Tight kitchen builds with poor cabinet ventilation cause the compressor to trip on heat before anything is actually broken. I check airflow clearance first, then test the compressor start relay.
- DishDrawer recirculation pump seal leak. Pump and seal kit swap on an F1 or F2 fault, same part whether it is a single or double drawer, then a calibration run before I hand it back.
- RS-series column comms ribbon fault. The ribbon harness at the door hinge wears through from the hinge motion over years of daily use. Panel pull and ribbon replacement fixes the dead display.
