The estate kitchens are where I spend the most time. A 36-inch integrated column with a failed evaporator fan is not a job for a generalist, and neither is a sealed system diagnosis, which is why the EPA Section 608 Universal certification is on every quote we write. - Double DishDrawer lid actuator at year five. Fremont's remodel wave means a lot of double DishDrawers are aging past five years right now, and the lid actuator is the part that quits. Drawer will not lock, F1 on the display, cycle dead. I replace the actuator and check the second drawer's actuator current draw at the same visit, since the twin usually is not far behind.
- Integrated column refrigerator fan motor. The big Fisher & Paykel columns in Mission San Jose kitchens develop fan motor failures that show up as a warm top shelf and a clicking sound behind the back panel. Access through the integrated cabinetry takes care, and I quote the panel handling as part of the written estimate so there are no surprises.
- Built-in oven temperature drift. Fisher & Paykel wall ovens here sometimes start baking 30 to 50 degrees off. The temperature probe ages, or a relay on the control board sticks. I verify with a calibrated thermocouple before replacing anything, because half of these calls turn out to be a probe, which is the cheaper fix.

Do you use genuine Fisher & Paykel parts?
