- MBF reach-in door gasket and defrost. A worn gasket lets warm, humid air past the seal, and the evap coil frosts up as a result. We swap the gasket, clear the ice buildup, and verify the door seats evenly all the way around.
- MGF prep-table drain-line clog. Crumbs and grease from the topping rail work their way into the condensate tube and pool water under the cabinet. We pull the line, clear it, and add an inline screen where the setup allows.
- Evaporator fan motor swap. One of the parts most likely to fail on a reach-in over time. We keep two motor sizes stocked on the truck, so this is usually a single-visit job.
- R290 sealed-system diagnosis. Propane refrigerant work legally requires the hydrocarbon license. We weigh the charge, locate the leak, and put it in writing.

That's exactly what the after-hours line, (925) 999-4095, is for. From San Ramon it's about 40 to 45 minutes on 580 or Highway 24 into 80. Albany rides the same Inner-East-Bay route as Berkeley and Richmond, and you get a written arrival window before we leave the shop. -
My previous tech couldn't source parts for our Atosa unit. Does that sound right?
Usually that means he wasn't licensed to open the unit in the first place. Atosa runs on R290 propane refrigerant, and the sealed system legally requires a hydrocarbon license to service. We carry that license and stay current on the training. Atosa's parts pipeline has also gotten noticeably better in the last few years.
