People ask two things. Do you come to my city? And if you do, how long will I wait? The list is below. The second answer takes a little explaining, so that’s here too.
ADRIUM Service Solutions is based in San Ramon, and our Peninsula technician is based in San Mateo. We cover 56 cities across the Bay Area, and we group them into five regions. The regions are how we build the day’s route. That’s why a window we give you actually holds.
The five regions and the cities in each
The list below is the same one behind our locations pages. Every city has its own page with ZIP codes and the equipment we see most there. Counts are per region.
| Region | Cities |
|---|---|
| Mid-Peninsula (21) | Atherton, Belmont, Burlingame, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, Woodside |
| South Bay (10) | Cupertino, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Mountain View, Newark, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Union City |
| Tri-Valley (7) | Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon |
| Diablo Valley (7) | Concord, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek |
| Inner East Bay (11) | Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Castro Valley, El Cerrito, Fremont, Hayward, Oakland, Piedmont, Richmond, San Leandro |
That is 56 cities. The same map applies to appliance repair, HVAC, and commercial refrigeration and ice machine service. Each of those cities has an HVAC page as well as an appliance page.
How the zone you’re in affects scheduling
Here’s the part most companies leave off their service-area page.
We block calls by region
A technician who starts the morning in Redwood City, drives to Walnut Creek for the second call, and then heads back to Palo Alto for the third has spent most of the day on a freeway. The customer at the third stop is the one who pays for that, because the window slips.
So we don’t book that way. We group calls by region and run a zone as a block. Mid-Peninsula calls run together, Inner East Bay calls run together, and so on. When you call from Burlingame and we tell you the next Mid-Peninsula window is tomorrow rather than this afternoon, that’s the routing talking, not a lack of interest.
Two home zones: San Ramon and San Mateo
San Ramon is home base and the shop. Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton are covered straight from there, so a Tri-Valley call is a short drive rather than a freeway crossing.
The Peninsula has its own technician, based in San Mateo. Every city on the Mid-Peninsula list, from Daly City down the coast to Half Moon Bay and inland through Palo Alto and Los Altos, is his territory. Those calls are home turf for him, not a drive down from San Ramon, and response times through that zone are the fastest we offer. Mountain View and Sunnyvale are on the South Bay list and run on planned South Bay days with Cupertino, though both are also reachable from the Peninsula side. Either way, we tell you which block your call lands in when you book. Short-notice windows come up in both home zones, each from its own starting point. A Sub-Zero in Atherton gets the same process and the same standards as a Sub-Zero in Danville.
What Same or Next-Day Service means
For appliance, HVAC, and refrigeration service visits, we offer Same or Next-Day Service across all five regions as the schedule allows. Two things about that.
First, it’s a promise about the visit. The technician comes out, diagnoses the problem, and gives you a written quote. If the repair needs a part we don’t carry on the truck, the repair itself waits on that part, and we tell you the expected timeline before you approve anything.
Second, “as the schedule allows” is not a weasel phrase. It means a warm refrigerator on a Tuesday morning in Pleasanton is very likely to be seen that day. A Saturday afternoon call from Half Moon Bay goes to our Peninsula technician coming over Highway 92 from San Mateo, not across the bay from San Ramon, but the hill still adds time and it may land in the next Coastside block. We’ll tell you which one you’re looking at on the phone, before you commit.
Coffee equipment runs on a different clock
Espresso machines and commercial coffee equipment are bench work, not a house call. We pick the machine up, diagnose it at the shop, and return it. Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run three to four weeks. Pickup and return follow the same regional routing as everything else, and San Francisco is included for coffee equipment only. No other service line covers San Francisco.
What stays the same in every zone
- During business hours, 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, we return calls within about 10 minutes. After hours, as soon as we can or first thing the next morning.
- If anything shifts, a part delay or a job before yours that ran long, we tell you as soon as we learn of it. You should never find out by waiting past your window.
- Repair timelines are agreed up front, before work starts.
- The $99 diagnostic is credited toward an approved repair, which works out to a $0 service call with a completed repair. Same fee, same credit, every city.
- CSLB #1136642 and EPA 608 #1279674151528 travel with the truck. So does $1M in general liability insurance, with a certificate available on request for commercial accounts.
Andrew stands behind every job: the work, the invoice, and the warranty.
Commercial accounts across the map
Restaurants, bars, cafes, and food service accounts run on the same 56-city map. A walk-in cooler in Richmond or an ice machine in Fremont gets scheduled through the same regional blocks as residential work. The difference is what’s at stake. Product in a failing walk-in is a real cost, so tell us it’s a commercial account when you call. That helps us place it in the right block.
If your city isn’t listed
The 56 cities above are the ones with their own pages. The Bay Area has plenty of towns between them, and an address in one of those gaps is not an automatic no. Call us. We’ll tell you whether we cover it and what the timing looks like. What we won’t do is book a window we can’t keep just to get the call.
Where to go next
Start with the locations index to find your city and its page. Our warranty and callback standards spell out the callback timing and schedule-change rules in full. When you’re ready to book, contact us or call (925) 999-4095 and tell us the city. We’ll tell you the next window for your zone.
