- Oven door loose, seal gone, kitchen overheating. Doors opened forty times a day wear Z-Line's hinge springs out years ahead of schedule. Once the gasket stops compressing, oven heat pours into an already busy kitchen and bake times drift. New factory hinges, a gasket check, and a door re-square fix it.
