Does salt air actually make a difference, or is that just a sales line
It's real. I see condensers out here with corroded contactors and pitted coil fins years before an inland unit would show the same wear. I'll tell you straight whether it's a cleaning and part swap or whether the corrosion has gone past that. -
How far out is the coast for a technician, does that mean a longer wait
We keep a technician based on the Peninsula in San Mateo County who handles the Coastside alongside Pacifica, San Mateo, and Burlingame. We don't promise same-day, but it's a local run out here, not a drive from across the bay.
