A Wolf sealed burner is built as two rings, an inner simmer ring and an outer main ring, fed by separate orifices. That is how it can sear at full output and still hold a true low simmer. When a burner lights fine but will not settle to a steady low flame, the inner port or its orifice is usually clogged, often by a boil-over. The valve is rarely the fault, so we clean and test before we quote one.

Common repairs we handle.

Oven bake that stays cold on a GR range. Burners work, oven does not. We measure the hot-surface ignitor's current and check the safety valve and its wiring. A weak ignitor is replaced and the light-off timed through a full bake cycle.
Oven door that drops open or leaks heat. A door that falls open or lets heat roll out the top has worn hinges or a flattened gasket. We replace the hinge set or the gasket, align the door, and confirm it closes square.
