A Wolf dual-fuel oven that bakes correctly at 350 but burns a roast at 450 has a drifting sensor. The RTD oven sensor changes resistance as it ages, and the error shows most at high heat. We measure its resistance at temperature, compare the oven against a thermometer, and replace the sensor if it has wandered. Then we run a calibration check so the dial and the oven agree again.
