- Aged gas valve not opening. Older Williams valves on estate secondary buildings stick closed and the burner never opens. We test the valve and safety circuit and replace it with the correct Williams part.
- Flame dropout in a pool house. Damp pool-house air corrodes the flame-sensing path, so the burner drops. We clean or replace the pilot and sensor assembly so the flame signal holds in the humidity.
