Common repairs we handle.

Freezer coil packed solid with ice. When a defrost heater burns open or its termination thermostat fails, the coil never clears and ice builds cycle after cycle until the fan cannot move air. We melt the coil down, test each defrost part and replace the one that failed before product goes back in.
Drain line frozen in a reach-in freezer. Defrost water leaves the cabinet through a heated drain. If the drain heater fails, the water refreezes in the line, backs up and builds a sheet of ice on the cabinet floor. We clear the line, test the drain heater and replace it if it reads open.
Control showing zero while product goes soft. When the display says zero and the ice cream is soft, the sensor or the control is out of calibration or failing. We check real temperatures with our own probe, test the sensor and the control, and replace whichever one is reading wrong.
