A lot of these homeowners eat on Laurel Street a few nights a week, and the home bar setup they build reflects that. It is not unusual to find a beverage center and an undercounter ice maker in the same run of cabinetry.
We are ADRIUM Service Solutions out of San Ramon, and San Carlos now falls inside our Peninsula coverage instead of the old drive up 280. I have serviced enough of these hillside kitchens to know the thermal-electric module in the wine reserve is usually the first thing to act up, generally somewhere around the six to eight year mark.

- Wine reserve dual-zone thermal-electric module. The upper zone drifts warm first in most of the units I see here. Module swap, gasket check, and a recalibration before I call it done.
- Undercounter ice maker water inlet valve. Slow harvest or no ice at all. I replace the inlet valve and clean or swap the screen behind it depending on what the water looks like coming in.
- Beverage center fan motor and thermistor. Warm drinks paired with fan noise from inside the cabinet. New motor, new thermistor, and I check the door seal while the unit is open.
