Dust builds up faster than it should, and the compressor runs longer to hit temperature. I clean the coil and check the clearance behind the panel.
- Door and panel alignment on new-build columns. The newer builds near Ravenswood installed 48-inch columns with heavy custom panels, and the panel weight is what throws off the door alignment over the first couple years, not the hinge itself. I reset the alignment and check the panel mounting hardware.
