  • RF-series icemaker assembly. Frost-up and no-ice on the French-door units. We identify which assembly version is on your fridge and tell you whether Samsung still covers it. If not, the upgraded part runs $110 plus labor.
  • Family Hub black screen on boot. Usually corrupted firmware, not a dead panel. We force the update through the service menu and reboot the door board. If the touchscreen itself is dead, the replacement is a $600 part and a two-hour install.
  • FlexZone flap-motor. Four-door unit refuses to switch the bottom compartment between fridge and freezer. The flap motor is a $180 part, 45-minute job.
  • Dual-flex washer drain pump. Upper stacked unit on the FlexWash and WV60 stops draining. The impeller cracks on a foreign object. One visit.
