- Rheem zone damper motor stuck on a multi-floor system. On zoned Blackhawk homes, a stuck damper motor leaves one floor with no airflow. We test each damper and the zone board, then replace only the failed motor so the whole system is not torn into.
- Capacitor and contactor failure in peak summer heat. Blackhawk afternoons are hard on condensers. A bulged run capacitor or pitted contactor is the most common no-cool call. We replace both as a set and check the compressor amp draw before closing up.
