Door seals, airflow and controls

A separated gasket is a physical defect worth documenting. Tape across the edge can hide the condition of the seal and the door frame, so we examine both before choosing a replacement. The fit matters as much as the material.

For a case that is running but warming up, the inspection includes the air path and refrigeration controls. Dust on an intake grille and blocked access to the condenser are different from an electrical or sealed-system fault. We establish the cause before quoting the repair.

Arrange service

Keep the model number, current setting and recent temperature records together. Tell us whether the case has built-in storage and whether access panels are blocked by counters or neighboring equipment. You do not need to remove covers or change controller parameters before the appointment.

The diagnostic is $99 per visit, including additional units diagnosed during that visit, and is credited toward the repair. Repair work starts after you approve the written price.
