Shared-building Bravos machines get hammered, so the lid switch and the gearbox bearing both come up faster than in a single-family house. Centennial dryers in these buildings vent into long, lint-choked runs, so the drum-glide and belt drag arrive early. On the fridge side it is the MRT and MFI top-freezers. Defrost thermostat or evap fan, cheap parts, but a dead one strands a tenant's food. I do not do the commercial Hoshizaki and Manitowoc ice on a Maytag call, that is a separate line of work.

- Bravos lid switch in shared laundry. Click, no wash. Common in apartment-building Bravos. Switch on the truck, in and out.
- Bravos gearbox-bearing job. Spin howl and walk on heavily used machines. Full gearbox-and-spider quote so the callback doesn't land in six months.
- Centennial dryer glide, belt, idler kit. Worn glides on a heavily-used building dryer, usually riding on a choked vent run. I do the glides, belt, and idler in one pass and clear what I can reach of the vent.
- MRT/MFI top-freezer defrost or evap fan. Tenant calls because the fridge box warmed while the freezer still holds. That points at the defrost thermostat or the evap fan motor. I carry both.
