Down 680 to 85 and in through the Saratoga Avenue side, about 55 to 60 minutes off-peak. Los Gatos is next door on the same route day and the Los Altos Hills and Palo Alto side connects on our Peninsula runs, so Saratoga fits our South Bay rotation cleanly.

Our tasting room only opens Thursday through Sunday. Can you work around that?

Yes, and midweek is actually ideal: we can service the machine while you are closed, run it through full cycles without a bar crowd waiting, and have it proven out before Thursday. Seven-day availability is standard for us.

What we close on the truck.

Mineral scale on hillside well-water machines. Well-fed machines up the Saratoga hills scale their evaporators and probes fast, ice sticks at harvest, and production sags. We descale to the factory procedure, verify the plating survived, and size real filtration from an actual water test so the interval between cleanings stretches back out.
Curtain and harvest-complete faults in Village kitchens. Tight, busy kitchens bump equipment, and a water curtain knocked out of alignment tells the controller harvest never finished. The machine stalls with a bin that is not full and staff assume the worst. It is often a fifteen-minute fix once correctly identified, and we check it before any expensive theory.
Compressor start failures in tasting room undercounter units. Tasting room machines idle midweek and get hammered on weekends, a duty pattern that wears start relays and capacitors. The unit clicks and trips instead of starting Saturday morning. We test the start kit against the compressor windings and replace the small parts when that is genuinely all it is.
