The two calls we get most out here are the same as everywhere else in this price range, the KFGC commercial-style range and the KRFC built-in French-door fridge.

The KFGC complaint I hear most out here is uneven oven temperature, the setpoint says one number and the food cooks like it is a different one. We put a probe in the cavity and read actual temperature against the setpoint before touching anything, since it is usually a sensor or calibration issue and not a dead oven. On the built-in fridges, especially ones in a guest house that only gets used part of the year, we run the amp-draw and discharge-line check first, because a unit running warm after sitting mostly idle can look like a sealed-system failure without being one.
