Because these are older installs, the wall ovens and dishwashers drive the call list. KOSE wall ovens drop the lower bake element with age. No glow from the bottom, the oven cycles cold, the broiler still works. The KDFE and KDTM dishwashers fail at the recirc-pump motor, so the unit runs and sounds right but spray-arm pressure is dead and dishes come out dirty. Both are single-visit fixes when we have the model number ahead of the appointment.

- KOSE wall-oven lower bake element. No glow from the bottom of the cavity, oven cycles cold, broiler still works. Straightforward replacement with the model number at booking.
- KDFE / KDTM recirc-pump motor. Runs and sounds right but spray pressure is gone, dishes come out dirty. Pump plus float-switch and inlet-valve check, one visit.
- Counter-depth icemaker and door-in-door hinge. Both common on the older side-by-sides, both stocked parts, both close in one trip.
- Built-in French-door compressor (KRFC / KBFN). On the newer remodels. Compressor runs but won't pump, both sides warm. Verified on the meter, settlement eligibility flagged.
