KOSE wall oven door hinge and gasket. Door sags and heat leaks around the seal. Salt air doesn't cause this one directly, but the ten-year mark comes around the same as anywhere, so I check the hinge pins for corrosion while I'm in there.
KOSE wall oven bake element. No glow off the bottom, oven cycles cold, broiler still works. Same failure as anywhere else on the platform, element swap in one visit.
