- Evaporator scale in steady-duty restaurant cubers. Rheem-area kitchens run their KM machines daily and the plate pays for it. Long freeze cycles and crescents that bridge in the bin mean mineral buildup. We descale the complete water circuit and log cycle times before and after, so the recovery is measured rather than claimed.
- Bin control stopping production early. A bin thermostat that reads cold air instead of ice level shuts the machine off with a half-empty bin, and kitchens blame capacity.
