Hoshizaki in Berkeley
Hoshizaki commercial service.
Berkeley Hoshizaki work covers Shattuck, Telegraph, and 4th Street commercial corridors. KM-series cubers at the higher-volume restaurants. Sushi cases at the Japanese restaurants on Shattuck and University. The sushi case thermistor drift is a call we take here.
Bay Area hard water at the Berkeley municipal supply pushes KM cuber descale intervals to roughly every four months, not the six the manual implies. Drive time from San Ramon is 35 to 50 minutes. After-hours: (925) 999-4095.
