- Secondary column losing temperature. A wet bar or wine room Frigidaire Professional installed alongside a Round Hill or Stone Valley remodel is now in the same 15-to-25-year window as the main Sub-Zero suite. Slow refrigerant leak, compressor running harder to compensate. We rebuild the line rather than just swap the compressor.
- Control board and icemaker faults. Same failure pattern as any aging built-in column: an erratic icemaker or a board that trips out. We isolate the actual failed part before quoting anything.
- Standard top-freezer and side-by-side: not a repair we take. Common in the older Westside Alamo homes, and it's the one job we turn down. The math doesn't work, these are cheap to replace and expensive to repair properly. We'll tell you that straight instead of running up a bill on a fridge that isn't worth saving.
