Heat-pump dryers are the Mountain View wrinkle. A lot of the newer 94043 builds spec the Electrolux heat-pump dryer for the smaller utility closets, and people call them in saying the dryer quit drying. Nine times out of ten the condenser fins never got cleaned. They need it once a year. We pull the access, clean the fins, and the dryer runs like new. The induction ranges show up too, usually a cooktop that errors out and shuts down a burner. We diagnose the fault code on the unit and tell you straight whether it is a sensor, a cooling issue, or the board before we quote anything.

- Perfect Steam washer drain pump. Foreign object jams the impeller. Pull the pump, clean or replace on the bearing.
