- Heat-pump dryer condenser buildup. The first sign is a load that used to take fifty minutes now taking twice that. We pull the condenser, clean it, and run a timed test cycle.

Do you come out to Daly City, or just the bigger cities around it?
We run Daly City regularly, from Westlake down through Serramonte and Top of the Hill, plus 94014, 94015, and 94017. We also cover Brisbane right next door, so if you are on that side of the hill, you are still in our normal route. -
How fast can someone get to me in Daly City?
We have a technician based on the Peninsula in San Mateo County, so Daly City is a short drive for him rather than a haul up from San Ramon. We do not promise same-day on every call, but Peninsula routing keeps our response times tighter here than it would be otherwise. -
My heat-pump dryer takes forever to dry a load. Is it broken?
Probably not broken, just dirty. Daly City's fog packs the condenser fins on those units faster than it does in warmer inland spots. We clean the condenser and test the cycle before we talk about parts, and that fixes most of the slow-dry calls we get out here.
