I test the heating circuit and the cutout on the bench, replace the failed component, and confirm brew temperature is back in range before it leaves.
- Grinder dosing off or burrs binding. The integrated grinder on the Oracle drifts over time, dosing too little or grinding uneven so extraction never settles. I clean the burr chamber, inspect the conical burrs for wear, check the grind motor and adjustment collar, and reset the dose. If the burrs are worn past a good edge I will show you and quote a replacement set instead of chasing the problem with settings alone.
