What we close on the truck.

Weak pump and shots that will not build pressure. On Barista Express and Barista Touch machines the vibration pump loses output as it ages, and the OPV can stick open so pressure bleeds off. We put a gauge on the group, read what the pump actually delivers, and rebuild the OPV or replace the pump so it holds a proper 9 bar pull again.
Grinder throwing an uneven dose. The built-in conical burrs on a Barista series machine drift out of adjustment and wear flat over time, which sends inconsistent grounds to the portafilter. We reset the grind reference, clean the burr chamber, and replace the burrs when they are worn so the dose is repeatable.
No heat or slow warmup. If the machine takes a long time to reach temperature or never gets there, the element or thermostat is failing. We test both and replace the bad part, then check that steam and brew temperatures come up in the range Breville specs.
