Most of what brings us into a downtown room is the worktop. It sits low and tight against the cookline, the coil loads up fast in that heat, and the first thing the cook notices is the box not holding temp through a dinner rush. Catch it and a coil clean buys the unit back. Miss it and the compressor takes the abuse. We keep the MWF worktops on a cleaning interval for that reason. Reach-in gaskets stretch under service-rush opening and ice the evap, and the prep tables clog at the drain line. All of it runs R290 propane, so the sealed-system work is hydrocarbon-licensed, which most appliance shops in the Diablo Valley can't do.

- MWF worktop condenser clean. Grease-loaded coil in a hot line runs the compressor down. Clean the coil, swap a dragging fan motor, set a quarterly sticker inside the panel.
- MGF prep-table drain-line clog. Debris clogs the condensate tube and water pools underneath. Pull, blow out the line, add an inline screen where the kitchen allows.
- MBF reach-in gasket and defrost. Stretched gasket ices the box inside two weeks. New gasket, clear the ice, confirm the door seals across the full sweep.
- R290 sealed-system service. Propane refrigerant work. Licensed recovery, leak find, weigh-in, and documentation.
