- MGF sandwich-unit drain clear. Grease and food debris clog the condensate tube and water pools underneath. Pull the line, blow it out, add a screen where the kitchen permits.
- Evaporator-fan motor swap. Fan motor fails and temps drift. Inexpensive part, carried on the truck, usually a one-visit fix.
