These are R290 propane machines, and that decides a lot. The common Concord calls are evaporator-fan motors that quit and ice the box over, and prep-table drain lines clogged with kitchen grease until water pools on the floor. The compressors are hydrocarbon, so a leak repair is not something most appliance shops will touch. We are licensed for R290, which is usually why the unit sat broken before we got the call.

- MBF evaporator-fan motor replacement. Fan quits, box ices over, temps climb. We carry two motor sizes on the truck and defrost the evap before reassembly.
- MGF prep-table drain-line clear. Condensate tube clogs with grease from the line above. We pull and blow out the line, set an inline screen if the kitchen allows it.
- Door-gasket replacement and closure check. Gaskets stretch inside the first eighteen months under heavy use. New gasket, then verify the door seals across the full sweep.
- R290 sealed-system leak diagnosis. Hydrocarbon refrigerant, so it needs a licensed tech. We find the leak and tell you straight whether the box is worth the repair.
