ADRIUM Service Solutions (California licensed contractor CSLB #1136642) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Service-request forms: name, phone, email, service address, brief description of the work needed. Used only to schedule and complete your job.
- Booking via Housecall Pro widget: when you click “Book Online,” the form is hosted by Housecall Pro, our scheduling vendor. Data you enter there is governed by Housecall Pro’s privacy policy in addition to ours.
- Property-manager / realtor inquiries: company, portfolio size, services needed.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4: anonymized page-view data, device type, approximate location (city-level). Used to understand which pages are useful and how to improve them.
- Bing Webmaster Tools: site-verification meta tag only; no user-tracking on our end.
- Server logs: your IP address and request timestamp are recorded by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention.
- Cookies: used by Google Analytics. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your service request and schedule the visit.
- To dispatch the right technician with the right parts/tools.
- To send appointment confirmations, ETA updates, and invoices.
- To follow up after the job (warranty registration, review request).
- To improve the site (aggregate analytics only).
4. Who we share with
- Housecall Pro: when you book through their widget (scheduling and invoicing platform).
- Parts suppliers: only the equipment model/serial numbers needed to order a specific part. Never your personal contact information.
- Manufacturer warranty programs (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Manitowoc, etc.): model/serial and install date to register your equipment’s warranty.
- Law enforcement / legal process: only when required by valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
- Service records: 7 years (California contractor record-retention guidelines and warranty support).
- Form submissions that didn’t result in a job: 12 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
- Server logs: 30 days.
6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to delete it (subject to record-retention requirements).
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of any future “sale” or “sharing” of personal data (we don’t do either today).
- Be free from retaliation for exercising any of the rights above.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We’ll respond within 45 days.
7. Children’s privacy
Our services are for homeowners and property managers. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Service records are stored on encrypted-at-rest drives behind a firewalled network. We use unique passwords and two-factor authentication on all third-party accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, email us immediately.
9. SMS / text-message communications
When you provide your mobile phone number through our online booking form, our contact page, or by phone, and you opt in to receive text messages, ADRIUM Service Solutions may send you transactional SMS messages related to your service request.
What we send by SMS:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Estimated arrival time (ETA) updates from your technician.
- Requests for photos or details about your equipment.
- Job-completion follow-ups and warranty information.
- Review requests after a completed visit.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, robotexts, or affiliate / third-party advertising.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any text message to be removed from all SMS communications immediately. How to get help: reply HELP, or call (925) 999-4095.
Message frequency varies based on your active service request, typically 2 to 6 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier agreement. Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described above and for direct call communication about your service request.

10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and (for active customers) notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
