The flatter neighborhoods toward Quito Road and the village run more value-tier kitchens, and that is where the Autograph Edition and Pro Series ranges land when an owner wants the pro look without the Wolf price.
These ranges are newer than the hill stock, so the calls skew differently. Broiler ignition is the recurring one, because the infrared broiler runs hot. On the professional-series hoods, grease works in around the control panel and the speed buttons go intermittent. We see fewer sealed-system calls on Z-Line here than on the older Sub-Zeros up the hill, because the equipment simply has not aged into that window yet.

- Broiler won't light. Oven bakes normally, broiler is dead. On the pro ranges the infrared broiler runs hot and the ignition wears first. We carry the parts and check the gas valve micro-switch on site.
- Professional hood controls. Grease works in around the panel and kills the speed buttons. We clean and re-seal first. Board comes out only when the touch sensors are actually dead.
- Convection fan running long. Cool-down fan won't shut off after the cycle. We check the oven temperature sensor and its wiring before touching the board, and file under warranty if the part qualifies.
- Refrigerator ice-maker. Standard platform fridge, usually a single-visit ice-maker or door-seal fix. Panel-ready seals ordered to the correct part number.
