We carry the ignitor and thermocouple kit on the truck because the infrared broiler runs hot and tends to take both parts out together, so that call closes in one visit instead of a return trip. The next most common ticket in 94530 is the hood. People describe it as a dead blower, but almost every time the motor is fine and grease has worked into the touch-pad seam, dropping the speed buttons out one at a time. We clean and reseal the pad first and only replace the control board if the sensors bench-test dead.

- Broiler ignitor and upper thermocouple. On 36 and 48 inch Pro and Autograph ranges. These two parts fail together. We replace both and bench-test the gas valve micro-switch while we're in there.
- Hood capacitive touch-pad repair. Grease works into the seam and the speed buttons start dropping out. We clean and reseal the pad, and only swap the control board if the sensors test dead. The blower itself is almost always fine.
- Convection fan running after oven shutoff. The dual-fuel cool-down thermistor sits in the wrong spot on early production units. We install the relocation bracket. Z-Line will cover that part under warranty as long as the claim is filed properly.
- Refrigerator ice-maker assembly. Z-Line fridges run on a standard residential platform, so most calls trace to the ice-maker module or a door seal out of alignment. Panel-ready models get the seal ordered to the panel's part number.
